Where are we?

Mallaig Primary School is located at the heart of the Fishing Village of Mallaig, in the Highlands, on the West Coast of Scotland. Mallaig lies at the end of the famous 'Road to the Isles,' and the school itself enjoys a commanding view of the Isles of Skye, Eigg and Rum which lie just a short distance away.

From Fort William follow the A830 signposted Mallaig. This is the Road to the Isles and it winds for approximately 45 miles until it finally reaches Mallaig.

As you enter the village you will come to a small roundabout with a petrol station on your right. Here you need to turn right into the centre of the village. After approximately 50 metres turn right onto Davie's Brae which runs up a steep hill. Follow this road for approximately 200 metres until you see a Church on your left hand side. Here you need to turn left immidiately after the church, and the school is infront of you at the top of the hill.
